Inuyasha Manga Ending In Japan Date: 6/10/2008 |
There are widespread reports today that Rumiko Takahashi?s Inuyasha manga will end its 11-year run in Japan this month, with only two final chapters to appear in Shonen Sunday (one English language story to that effect is on Rumic World). But no need to fear, the last volume released in North America by Viz Media was Volume 34; it looks like the final Japanese collection will end up numbered in the mid-50s. So there will be around 20 volumes of material unreleased in the U.S. at the time of the series conclusion in Japan, presumably to be released over the next several years. |
