Industry Rumors At TAFLA

The Blog Of Patrick Macias mentions some things that were circulating at at the TAFLA event which occured earlier this week. Thanks to Daniel for sending in the news:
that Joel Silver wants to produce a live-action Last Exile, and that Gonzo will make a videogame based on the upcoming Afro Samurai, featuring Samuel L. Jackson. Meanwhile, Studio 4c will be doing a new anime anthology called Genius, which will feature the contributions of Koji Morimoto, Shinichi Watanabe and Mahiro Maeda. Morimoto will also produce a new project called Sachiko for 4c. PBS will get the broadcast righst to the new Phoenix anime.
