Japan's Digital Contents Market Worth 2.5 Trillion Yen Date: 8/10/2006 |
| Consumption of Japan's digital contents industry in 2005 has been appraised at 2,527,500,000,000 Yen (an 11.5% increase over 2004) according to new information published in a Digital Contents Association whitepaper released on August 11th. The report was prepared under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry commercial affairs information policy bureau. Covered areas include movie, broadcasting, animation, manga, video games, music, e-publishing and internet services. |
