Navarre Profits, Sales Up for Quarter

Navarre Corporation, new parent of anime powerhouse Funimation, announced that its sales and profits increased for the quarter ended June 30th. Sales were up 10.6% to $140.8 million, and profits were up around 9% to $2.4 million. Funimation, which had 33 post-acquisition (see "Navarre Completes Funimation Acquisition") days of sales in the quarter, accounted for $5.7 million during the period.
