Hobbit Production to Start in June For 14 Months Date: 1/8/2010 |
After a delay for more work on the script (see ?Hobbit Filming Delayed?), production on the first Hobbit feature will begin in June, according to a Tweet from Production Weekly. The production will take place in New Zealand, and is expected to run 14 months. With that production schedule, if The Hobbit is going to make a 2011 release date as planned, it will be at the end of the year. |
